GIA
The G I A, the full name of the Gemological Institute of America, is the founder of the Diamond 4C. It has also promoted the diamond identification certificate to become the founder of internationalization, and is known as the Harvard of gemology. In terms of diamond appraisal, GIA certificate is recognized as the most authoritative and objective appraisal certificate in the world

The GIA 13733089 laser number engraved on the diamond waist, black, the three characters GIA are hollow letters, the number is consistent with the report number, as a proof of identification of the GIA diamond

1.Carat Weight
The mineral name of diamond is diamond. The weight of a diamond is generally expressed by "carat (ct)", 1ct=200mg (milligram)=0.2g (gram), 1Ct is divided into 100 points (half carat-0.50 ct-diamond can be described as 50 points) . When the quality of polished diamonds is expressed in "carats", it is required to be accurate to two decimal places, and the third place is rounded to nine. Such as 0.998ct should be recorded as 0.99ct, and 0.999ct can be recorded as 1.00ct.
In addition, whether the diamond reaches 1ct has a large price difference. With color grade D, the price difference between 99 points of clarity grade IF and 1ct diamond is as high as 70,000 yuan. Therefore, diamond dealers will find ways to keep the weight at 1ct in any case. the above.
2.Color Grade
Easy distinction of diamond color grade
D: White is extremely transparent (very bright), and extremely rare.
E: white and transparent (bright)
F: White and transparent, with a slight yellowish color on the edge of the inclined tabletop
G: The desktop is white when viewed from the front, and slightly yellow when viewed obliquely
H: The desktop is slightly yellow when viewed from the front
I: Looking at the desktop frontally, anyone who has not been trained can see a little yellowish
J: Looking at the desktop from the front, you can clearly see the yellow color
K: Looking at the desktop from the front, it is slightly brown in addition to yellow
LM: Brown is darker than K
N-Z: Even untrained people can easily see that it is obviously yellow
3.Clarity Grade
FL (Flawless): In the U.S., flaws cannot be seen internally or externally
IF (Internally Flawless): Internally flawless, there are natural or redundant faces on the outer girdle, but it does not affect the diamond inclusion grade
VVS1.VVS2 (Very Very Slightly): very slight flaws, flaws that are not easy to find even experts under a 10x magnifying glass, usually white pinpoints, the difference between VVS1 and VVS2 lies in the number of flaws, which is already a very advanced level
VS1.VS2 (Very Slightly): slight flaws, small flaws that are not easy to find by ordinary people with a 10x magnifying glass. The flaws cannot be on the desktop, usually white pin points or small cracks and small inclusions.
SI1.SI2 (Slightly Included): Slightly flawed, 10 times magnification, the flaw is clearly visible, it may be on the desktop, usually white pin points, cloud-like inclusions, small cracks and small black inclusions, SI1 and SI2 The difference is the amount of defects and the location
I1.I2.I3 (Imperfect): flaw level, the flaw visible to the naked eye, usually a cloud-like inclusion. The black inclusion cracks account for one-half to one-third of the diameter. The difference is the amount of the flaw and the location. Has severely affected the diamond gloss and transparency, improper gemstone
